Associate Membership
The following is the information you will need to join our club if you are not a student at the University of Bristol.
Before anything else, please contact the committee at [email protected]. The club is only allowed to have up to a third of its members made up of people not studying at the university. While this is a large number, please make sure to contact before purchasing any memberships to verify there is a space available.
You will need the following memberships:
1. Bristol SU Associate Membership
(Can be found at the SU website here)
2. SEH Access Pass
(Can be found on the SU website here)
3. UoB Archery Membership
(Can be found on the SU website here)
4. Archery GB Direct Membership*
(Can be found on the AGB website here)
If you have not done archery in a club setting before, you will need to complete a beginners' course. We run these courses twice a year. More information can be found here.
You will be asked to provide proof of AGB membership at your first session. A committee member will carry out a safety assessment to ensure you are safe to shoot at regular club sessions. After this you are free to attend sessions as you wish.
*We can not add non-student members under the club's AGB membership. This is because we are only allowed student members of the university we are part of under our membership.
