Heya, I'm Max. I joined the club in my first year of Uni and have been loving it ever since! Shooting's always a blast with everyone around. My aim for this year would be to try and improve my consistency and attend even more competitions. I hope we can make the club as friendly as ever for another year! Please come say hi at sessions!

Hi, I'm Max Özden and am now starting my third year of archery at Bristol having never shot before. I've really enjoyed my experience at the club and have made friends i'll hopefully keep for life. This year I'd like to compete more as well as focus on my form to improve consistency but most of all just enjoy my time shooting. Say hi when you see me around at sessions :)

Hey! I'm Alex (M) and I joined the club in my second year, yay covid. I'd wanted to involve myself in archery since learning when I was younger and uni seemed like the perfect opportunity! I've had great fun in the club over the last couple of years and cant wait for another. My goals for this year are to improve the consistency of my barebow technique and help the club through my role as secretary as much as I can! Feel free to come say hi :))

Yo! I'm Julian and I joined with no experience of archery in year 1 of my degree through the beginners course. Since then I've participated in the indigo Cup, SWWUs and BUCS, even taking home a few medals. I find that Archery is a great way to hang out with friends as well as practice a useful skill. My goals are to run a welcoming and fun beginners course for those wishing to try something new or want to get back into the sport; and to refine my recurve technique. I hope to see you in September!

Hi! I’m Rex and I joined this club 2 years ago with no prior experience in archery. This has been a great way to meet friendly people and to socialise. Since then i have participated in many competitions such as SWWU and BUCS, even scored a few silvers along the way. My aim for this year is to improve my consistency as a Barebow archer. I’m looking forward to running a fun beginners course with my fellow development officer Julian, welcoming those that wish to try a new sport. Hope to see you this Fall!

I have been shooting recurve for 6 years an enjoy shooting competitively. I look forward to continuing to develop the club's competitive side and organising SWWUs as SWWU Coordinator for this year. I aim to stay in the top 10 of experienced men's recurve nationally and continue claiming club records.
