Equality & Diversity

UoB Archery welcomes ALL Bristol students and are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment at all times.

Uob Archery will take a stance against discrimination in all its forms, therefore making activities at Bristol SU fun and open for all.

Equality & Diversity Report

To keep UoB Archery's equality and diversity in check, the club will open an annual Equality & Diversity survey to its members, where the results form a report on the club's state on equality and diversity.

The report for the 2017/18 academic year can be downloaded by clicking here (opens a new window).

The data from the survey conducted for the Equality & Diversity report for the 2017/18 academic year can be downloaded by clicking here.

Sustainability Statement

Sustainability isn’t just about recycling. It’s about making the world a happy and healthy place for everyone, now and in the future.
UoB Archery plays a vital role in this. This is why sustainability is one of Uob Archery's core values.

We are committed to reducing our social, economic and environmental impact both locally and globally. Therefore, we as a club encourage all its members and visitors to dispose of any rubbish correctly by examining packaging and disposing in the suitable bins.

Furthermore, the club will always offer advice on how to dispose of materials correctly, which includes how to correctly dispose of carbon arrows and other archery equipment.

Sustainability Report

As you know from our sustainability statement, UoB Archery are committed to making a happy and healthy environment for everyone, now and in the future.

The Sustainable Development Goals (link) were set by the UN in 2015 to be achieved globally by 2030. We have looked at what impact UoB Archery will have on one or more of these, locally and globally.

The Sustainability Report can be downloaded by clicking here (opens a new window).
